Integrity:
Books Plus does not sell or rent any personal information provided with on-line purchases. That information is kept in strict confidence and is used to fulfill the order. On rare occasions we may, with your permission, send you an announcement via e-mail from Books Plus.
Shipping:
Orders received on-line are usually mailed via U.S. postal service within 36 hours of receipt.
A small shipping & handling charge is added to your order.
Payment:
All on-line orders must be pre-paid. Book Plus accepts all major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover)
Return Policy:
Books purchased from us may be returned for credit or exchange within 14 days from date of invoice. A refund will be issued in its original form of payment. Note: Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.
Items can only be accepted if they are unmarked, and in their original, resellable condition. A copy of the invoice must accompany all returns or they cannot be accepted. Sorry, we cannot accept any COD's. nor can we accept any returns after 30 days from date of purchase.
